Returns & Exchanges – The Fine Print, But Make It Fun

We want you to love your For Another Self goodies, but we totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If that’s the case, here’s how we handle it:

Our Returns Policy:

You’ve got 30 days from the moment you order to send anything back. After that, we can’t accept returns or offer exchanges—so make sure you’re feeling the love within that time.

What You Can Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. Don’t forget the original packaging!

Non-Returnable Items:

Sadly, our gift cards can’t be returned. They’re the one thing we can’t take back.

Proof of Purchase:

To get the ball rolling on your return, just provide a receipt or proof of purchase—no drama.

Refunds:

Once we’ve got your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know the verdict by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and we’ll send it back to the original payment method. Easy peasy.

Haven’t Got Your Refund Yet?

Don’t panic. First, check your bank account. If it’s still not there, give your credit card company a ring—it might take a little longer to show up. Still nothing? Check with your bank—they can sometimes take a while to post refunds. If you’re still waiting, hit us up at info@foranotherself.com and we’ll help you out.

Sale Items:

Just a heads-up—sale items aren’t refundable. We wish we could, but those guys are final sale.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges if your item’s defective or damaged. If that’s the case, shoot us an email at info@foranotherself.com, and we’ll sort it. If you just need the same item in a different size or something, we’ll send you a new one, no problem. Please send your item to:

Shipping:

To return your product, just mail it to:

You’ll cover the shipping costs for returns (sorry, we can’t cover that). Shipping costs aren’t refundable either, but we promise we’ll get your items back to you as quickly as possible.

Depending on where you’re located, shipping times might vary—so don’t stress if it takes a little longer to reach us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or grabbing shipping insurance—because, well, we can’t guarantee we’ll get your return without it.
